HOTEL ROOMS:
All attendees arrange for their own travel needs. TEACH Insurance Resources has reserved a block of rooms at each host hotel. Attendees are responsible for identifying the group name (TEACH Insurance) in order to receive the appropriate rate. Group rates are available only through the cut off date and/or only until the room block is full.
 

DISCOUNTS & SURCHARGES:
The following Terms of Agreement shall apply to the Product Management and Pricing seminars:

1. Reservations made 45 days or more in advance receive a $50 discount (per person).
2. Register with one or more colleagues on the same registration and each extra person (after the first person) receives a $50 discount.
3. Any attendee who takes both Pricing and Product Management in the same week will receive a $350 discount off the entire registration.


Seminars booked 7 or fewer days before an event may be surcharged up to $100 if additional seminar materials must be sent to the event.
 

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
The following Terms of Agreement shall apply:

Refunds for the full seminar price will be granted if requested in writing no later than 10 calendar days prior to the seminar date. Refunds are not provided if a seminar is cancelled within 10 days of the seminar starting date. Requests to change to a different seminar date submitted 10 days or fewer prior to a seminar will be subject to a $200 deductible (change fee). Substitution of participants is acceptable without charge. In all cases, each participant is responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by any travel or hotel provider.

This seminar is provided as a service to insurance company employees. TEACH Insurance, LLC reserves the right to deny entry to any person and refund any seminar fees at any time at its own discretion. TEACH Insurance, LLC will not be responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses or penalties.

All seminar attendees must provide a company email address (Personal email addresses are not sufficient). Registrations are not confirmed until the recipient is sent an official confirmation packet via email. TEACH Insurance, LLC reviews registrations regularly and will respond with a confirmation email. TEACH Insurance, LLC recommends that prospective attendees do not make non-refundable reservations for travel until after receipt of the confirmation email. TEACH Insurance, LLC is not responsible for refunding any travel costs, penalties, or other fees.

Each participant agrees to abide by all United States copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying or reproducing any seminar materials in any form is not permitted. Participants agree to notify TEACH Insurance, LLC immediately if they become aware of any seminar material being reproduced or copied in any format. While TEACH Insurance attempts to be accommodating to its customers, any disputes will be settled solely at the discretion of TEACH Insurance, LLC.

Payment must be made to TEACH Insurance Resources no later than 10 days prior to the seminar. Payment by company check is preferred. Major credit cards are accepted via our PayPay.com invoice process. TEACH will bill you and then you can pay via company check or online through PayPal.com. All invoices are due upon receipt. Regardless of the date you register, payment must be received prior to the beginning of the seminar.
